Summer diet for weight watchers

When seasonal variations and this pandemic affecting our immune system and lot of internal and external changes happening, weight watchers often look for a higher fluid diet during this summer.

Nature itself has the mechanism of cooling our system with natural products and sweat itself is to cool down. Various foods that helps during summer are melons, buttermilk, all fruits and vegetables available now which includes the green and citrus and lower spices in curry helps. Drink enough and more water according to body type and take care of emotions as well.
