Thanks for your love and support throughout my life and just because of the love I could publish my second book (Malayalam) and I was writing it for years .

During the lockdown or just before Covid I could finish writing my first book which was in English ”Diet and Meditation for Emotional Eating” . It was easier than this one .

Eat and reduce weight is our motto and while seeing the diet plan many times our clients asked ”why to eat more food and that too to reduce weight ” . Yes it is for better metabolism and to lose weight . Mind is a major factor in weight reduction and satisfaction of the mind and positive thoughts really helpful .
