They said “ your brain have more happiness hormones which could be due to more meditating 🧘‍♀️ and helping people during this earth ascension period of rapid changes. Anything that resonate with the journey may stay and work itself is moving in a different pattern, evolving from 2010 to 2022 . Each person have their own patterns and nature as always guide even though many among us are in a confusing stage to a purification phase since last few months. Brain chemical that create happiness are dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, endorphin.Dopamine which increased during good sleep, taking bath, eating food we love, achieving a goal is like a reward hormone. Endorphin is a painkiller which increases during exercise, laughing, listening to music soothing our soul. Oxytocin is a love hormone increase during petting animals, socialising, helping people like a worldwide meditation which we conducted frequently. Whole concept of spirituality is to see that love inside which could be due to the triggers and nature guides.

Serotonin is mood stabiliser which increases during sun exposure, nature walk or that smile and feeling good and comfortable way of treating self and until unless we reach that ultimate truth, our heart and inner child feel good .
