Easy healthy all in one balanced diet!

I suggested this to a client who is doing her MBBS in China(she came with irregular periods, PCOD, obesity etc due to unhealthy diets and now reverse),so that she will get all the nutrients for the day, even though if she takes it twice a day in her busy schedule than depending on junk food options. This can be made for a week and refrigerate. It’s better to be served with raitha (curd and veg) and amla /lime pickle!
